Returns

We will happily accept returns if the style of progressive glasses you have chosen doesn’t suit your face shape  as long as they are in the original condition with no scratches on the lens.  You are welcome to exchange the glasses for another style as many times as necessary until you find the right pair for you! Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Obviously, we can't accept returns on prescription glasses unless the lens or frame are damaged.

What to do if they don’t fit quite right?

If your glasses need a small adjustment to fit your face/head, an optometrist can easily do that for you. We have found OPSM to be the most helpful and for $5 they will happily adjust them for you on the spot.

Kiwi DIY option: Place the arm of your glasses in freshly boiled water for 30 seconds to soften the plastic then carefully bend them to fit your head. Easy peasy!
