Our Commitment

  • I have done a lot of research to find the quality of progressive glasses that I would be happy to wear and sell and I have personally worn every pair of glasses in my own trials to make sure they hold up well and are of a good quality.  Our aim is happy, satisfied customers with a premium, high quality product.
  • We will refund 100% if the glasses are faulty (of course) or replace them, your choice.

  • We will donate $5 of every pair of glasses sold to World ‘Vision’ as we believe in helping others who are less fortunate than ourselves and this sits well with our Christian worldview.

  • We will supply children's glasses at cost + postage to support families as children's eyes change and children lose and damage glasses more readily than adults so we want to help parents with the high cost of kids glasses.  It's our way of helping :)

  • What to do if they don’t fit quite right?  If your glasses need a small adjustment to fit your face/head, an optometrist can easily do that for you. We have found OPSM to be the most helpful and for $5 they will happily adjust them for you on the spot.

    Kiwi DIY option: Place the arm of your glasses in freshly boiled water for 30 seconds to soften the plastic then carefully bend them to fit your head. Easy peasy!

With implementing sustainable packaging solutions and optimizing shipping routes, Tilly Eyes minimizes our carbon footprint wherever possible by using NZ Post for our shipping and where person to person sending is now carbon-neutral.
